Shipping Information

  • Free Shipping includes free curbside shipping via freight carrier, in the Continental U.S. Moonwalk USA products are not eligible for shipping to APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, U.S. Territories, Puerto Rico, P.O. Boxes or International shipping destinations.
  • The delivery company will call you to schedule a delivery appointment when the item reaches the facility closest to your address. An adult must be present to accept delivery.
  • For shipping times, please see the product page for details into stock levels. All in stock items ship within 24-48 hours and are delivered within 2-7 business days, shipping from Michigan. All other items are custom and will ship in 2-4 weeks. A tracking number will be emailed to you when the item leaves the warehouse.

Shipping Details
All Moonwalk USA products are shipped via F.O.B. carrier from the manufacturer. All risk of loss passes to Buyer when Moonwalk USA, Inc. delivers the order, or any portion thereof, to the carrier. Shipments will be insured at Buyer’s expense unless otherwise specified; The Bounce House Store and Moonwalk USA assumes no responsibility for placing of valuation upon shipment unless requested to do so by Buyer. Partial shipments of any order from Buyer may be made by Moonwalk USA in order to facilitate the earliest possible delivery of the item ordered.

The projected delivery date will be supplied by manufacturer and is a reasonable estimate, based on current and anticipated factory loads, of when the order will be shipped. The Bounce House Store nor Moonwalk USA shall not be liable for damage or for delay in delivery arising from causes beyond its control and without its fault or negligence including, but not limited to, acts of God, acts of government, fires, floods, epidemics, quarantine restrictions, strikes, freight embargoes or delays, and severe weather. If the delay is caused by the delay or default of the subcontractor, Moonwalk USA and if such delay arises from causes beyond the control of either The Bounce House Store, Moonwalk USA or the subcontractors, The Bounce House Store nor Moonwalk USA shall not be liable to Buyer in damages.

Receipt of Products & Damages
Please inspect the product(s) promptly after receipt and notify The Bounce House Store in writing of any claims, including claims of breech of warranty, within ten (10) days after you receive the product(s). Failure to give written notice of all claims within the inspection time period shall be deemed to be a waiver of a claim for defective products, a waiver of the right to reject the goods, and conclusive proof that the product(s) were received by Buyer without defect(s).

If you cancel your order prior to it shipping, we will cancel the transaction and no fees or
charges will apply. If you wish to cancel after your order ships but before you receive it, you must refuse the shipment upon delivery. Your refund will be based upon our policies stated below. Once you receive your order, returns are processed under our Backyard Discovery policies stated below.

Buyer may cancel the order in whole or in part within 24 hours from the order date upon written notice for a full refund of the deposit. In case of any cancellation after the 24 hour period, a fee of 25% of the total amount of the order will be charged per Moonwalk USA policy. Custom design and custom color orders are not cancelable after conformation of the order and deposit is not refundable.

Returns & Refunds
For any item purchased from Moonwalk USA, Inc. and returned for reasons unrelated to a warranty claim, a restocking fee of twenty-five percent (25%) of the price of the item(s) returned will be paid by buyer and customer will be responsible for all shipping costs per Moonwalk USA policy. The Bounce House Store cannot not accept returns on any custom made units (banners, custom designs and custom color orders), per Moonwalk USA policy.
