Shipping Information


  • Free Shipping includes free regular delivery for non-freight items in the Continental US. Paragon products are not eligible for shipping to APO/FPO addresses, non-continental US addresses, nor International addresses.

  • The above map represents the earliest arrival date upon shipping.

  • All orders include a 30 -day money-back guarantee . See "Returns & Refunds" below for requirements. Requirements must be followed in order to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

All orders are shipped within 2 business days, from the date the order was placed. Most shipments are shipped via FedEx or UPS. We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses. All orders are shipped without signature confirmation. If signature confirmation is requested, additional fees may apply. When an order is shipped, we send the tracking number for that order. Once an order has shipped, cancellation will not be permitted. Please see "Cancellations" below for more info.

Once an order shows as “Delivered” to the shipping address, as a result of the tracking information provided through the freight company, The Bounce House Store and Paragon Pop are not responsible for any “nonreceivable” situation. No replacement or refund will be given on “Delivered” orders. You may opt to request a signature confirmation, as stated above for an additional fee, to avoid a “non-receivable” situation.

Receipt of Products & Damages
An adult must be present upon delivery of products to inspect goods received. It is very important that you thoroughly inspect the merchandise for any damages that may have occurred during transport. If an order is refused at time of delivery for any reason other than it arrived damaged, incurred freight charges and any additional fees may apply.

Contact us immediately if your package arrives damaged. A claim will be filed with the transportation carrier, who will pick up and return the package, which must remain in its original box with original packaging. If a manufacturing defect is found, we will repair or replace it for you at no extra charge. You will receive a prepaid shipping label with a return authorization number, send back only the part that is defective. If repair or replacement in not available, you will receive a full refund.

Returns & Refunds
Most of Paragon's items come with 1 year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. Warranty coverage begins with date of arrival. Warranty does not cover usage not in accordance with the Owners Manual.

Customers returning materials unrelated to manufacturing defects will be charged a 20% restocking fee plus original and return shipping.

Products returned must be in new and unused condition. A Return Condition Questionnaire will be emailed. All returns must be accompanied by a return authorization number, and must be made in original or comparably sized box as any oversize charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within three days to three weeks pending your payment method and/or your bank's policy.

Orders can usually be cancelled without penalty if they haven't been shipped yet. Orders are usually shipped within the first 12 hours, up to 48 hours of placing the order. If you'd like to cancel an order please do so immediately to avoid fees. If the order has already shipped, a 20% restocking fee as well as shipping both ways will be assessed.
